You know that feeling when you have a bubble wrap and you Just Have To Burst All The Bubbles? Froguelike is like that, only with bugs! And you get to "fancyfy" your bubble bursting abilities in all kinds of ways. Think Serious Sam, except you are a frog invaded by all sorts of delicious insects!

What Comes After is a beautiful love letters to those who feel like a burden. Like me. It's a very sad, very kindly written experience I highly recommend. But since I wasn't in the best of places when I started it, it was very difficult for me to continue playing. There is a trigger warning in game, but of you still decide to carry on, have tissues at hand.

If you ever wanted a chance to try out Norse life, this is it. Survive and thrive in the wilderness, enjoy the very hard but oddly satisfying life in nature, protect yourself from beasts and mythical creatures, build ships and try out the Viking way (there may be plunder, I just didn't find it yet?!), get a glimpse of the gods and hope you'll be in their favor. Obv you will always be out of wood. Always - trust me.

Besides all this, which is quite enough already, Valheim puts the nails on your social life's coffin with its humble multiplayer design. Play with max 10 of your friends, but have no limit to the groups of 10 friends (that I know of?!) and feel free to bring your beloved avatar from world to world, with riches to gift or riches to steal home. The most difficult task is to decide where home is. Oh man.

Before you start your hard but oh so satisfying Norse life - which you will, sooner or later, there is no escape - take the time to say good bye to the souls in your life who "don't play games". Valheim will get them too, eventually, but until then, you will be apart. This review comes from someone who played for 47 hours ... in about 6 days.

Yeah so - I hope this review helps, byeee, wish me good fortune in dark scary places cause the surtling cores ain't gonna find themselves.

PS: I'm looking for a job! Patient and pleasant resource gatherer, will cut all the wood you need, and stone, and tend to your home and repair your roofs and fences, and cook your Valheim food in exchange of deer hides (I hate killing deer!) and strong company in cold dark places. Oh and I could use some real life food too, if possible.

Take care of your own tiny garden of succulents - they grow in real time! A very relaxing experience that can actually teach you a little about taking care of real like plans. I love Viridi!

After finishing he demo and getting super hyped, I was afraid that Summer in Mara would eventually disappoint. But it does not! I simply cannot stop playing - the vibrant world, colorful graphics, cheerful music, funny characters, and the neat attention to details keeps me glued to the screen. I must pick the all the fruits, feed all the dogs, recycle (who leaves trash near the beach, really!), make all the juices, catch all the fish, learn to craft new things, and Oh its a lot to do when you have a tiny island in Mara!

Summer in Mara is a very cute, super optimistic and pleasant game and I suspect it will keep my attention for quite a while. After 2 hours of trying to stop playing but being unable to, I was not asked to slay anything, nor go explore any dark dungeon, nor become some obscure and mighty hero. This game is a breath of fresh air in a time when we all could use some cheerful optimism on a sunny island with golden beaches. Now please y'all, wish me luck that I can get some sleep - it's 2am!

Very nice, relaxing, beautiful game with just the perfect amount of content for the prologue to make me buy it. I look forward for more adventures in Mara now, which I hope to also recommend soon!

Animaze is a fun little stream/ chat/ video tool where you can play around acting as various avatars. All avatars are really nicely made and very responsive to your movement. The software has a pretty serious paywall, meaning that in order to use the avatars while broadcasting a game, I believe you must pay. But the collection of avatars and backgrounds is quite generous. I'd recommend giving it a try!

I don't have enough Kind Words to recommend this gem of an experience that allows you to be kind, and allow kindness be done to you. Especially in lonely, isolating, hard times, Kind Words can be genuinely therapeutic. Popcannibal, thank you so much for this!

Excellent, thought provoking game, beautifully crafted and with a super neat thing at the end.
A bit of a spoiler hint: do use your camera!

The Westport Independent is a game about censorship. You play the role of an editor who needs to guide his newspapers and his staff in an ever darker political landscape, always choosing between safety and truth.

I welcome powerful, thought provoking games like this one, and like Papers, Please or This War of Mine. The execution of TWI is not perfect, certainly not compared to Papers or This War, and the game certainly promises more depth than it delivers, but it still adds to the catalogue of thought provoking games, which is why I recommend it.
