This is probably the only game I have ever owned and played extensively where my opinion of the game took a complete 180. I was a massive fan of this game when it first launched and I was first inline to purchase new DLC for the game which I also enjoyed just as much as the base game itself.

Then as with most live service games I took a short break from the game. What I returned to was a different game. For starters all the DLC content I owned (around $100 worth) was gone. All my armour and weapons related to those DLC was "archived" meaning I can look at it on a list but can't use it. In addition to all this they changed the base game, removing locations and altering the story so much that even after a few hours of game-play I still have no idea what is going on. Also keeping in mind that I purchased this base game before it went free to play.

I am so put off by what this game has become and I have no desire to reinvest time and money into this game as they are more than likely going to just change the story again and remove DLC that I purchase once again. Not to mention remove and kill off characters that you invest time into.

My advice to new comers looking to play this game, rather move on it is not worth the gamble.
