Surgeon Simulator is by far one of the most hilarious games i have ever played it will keep you laughing for hours, don't blow the whole Simulator out of proportion. This game is amazing in its own way. you are still performing surgery, just not like a real doctor would. i don't think anyone could make a game that could go into detail of the human body; the human body is just simply to amazing in detail for ANY game developer to similat. this game still goes into to detail and is "something like surgery" its as close as your going to get to cutting someone open without really doing it.

Just don't sugar coat something like this. i think as gamer's we amp our self's up for something that we think is going to be amazing when really we need to be real about it. Not every game we play has to be game of the year.

This user gives this game a 8 out of 10 simply because it made me laugh, its everything i thought it would be by looking at it. i see something here, i think if they keep at this game it will be bigger then everyone is letting it to be. Then again i don't care i love this game, just try it!
