Love most of these games. And with the addition of remote play together, this title has become stronger.

I am a child of the 90's, and TMNT: Turtles in Time on the SNES is one of my most favorite games. Having been burned in the 2000's as far as TMNT games, I was skeptical of this one. But once I had my hands on this game, all of those worries were for naught. This game is solid. Great music, great animations, great gameplay. This game is really great and I appreciate the work on this game. I feel this is just as good as Turtles in Time and will be one I will never forget. And when I need that feel of an arcade beat 'em up, this will be in my rotation.

I backed this game on Kickstarter, and I do really enjoy this game. It purposely has an SNES aesthetic, and they keep to it so well. The season change mechanic and large, sprawling levels do make the game enjoyable. The music reminds me a great deal of Final Fantasy 6's music and fits the game's tone well. A good level of challenge and a great means of encouraging exploration. Care was taken with this game and if you enjoy old school side scrollers, you should check this out.

I've been greatly enjoying some of the most recent WayForward games lately and this one is definately on the peak of enjoyment. Ever since they made A Boy and His Blob for the Wii, they have had this asthetic of hand drawn animations and amazing backdrops. I feel that Ducktales Remastered helped them solidify their style. And they brought it to Shantae, their own IP. And this game shines for so many reasons. Their art style brings every little detail to life. The music is really catchy, especially the one with lyrics you encounter early on. The gameplay gives this sense of exploration that fits the Metroidvania style of coming back to places once you have new powers. It is fun to play.

Now, there are a couple gripes I've got. The game length is pretty short. Getting near 100% took me just about 6 hours to do. If the game had maybe a level or two more, I'd feel more satisified. There is also a huge issue in Mermaid Falls in the factory setting. At one point, you are jumping from hook to hook, but they are not in sync to always line up. I've spent a great deal of time just trying to get up the first time I played. It was frustrating.

But beyond the slight flaws, I have to say I love this game. This is one I'd suggest you pick up and normal price if you love exploring based side-scrolling games. If you're on the fence, maybe wait for a sale, but I don't regret getting this game.

Also, solid team based shooter with tons of variety and community support.

So, I backed this on Kickstarter. I picked the Wii U version, but there's a delay. So I purchased this because I had alot of faith in this. And my faith was well placed. OMG. Baton is such an adorable heroine, the music is catchy as hell (especially Thunder Creek), and the art is what I've come to expect from the creator of Brawl in the Family. This game is well worth your time. I cannot wait to get my Baton plushie from the Kickstarter. For your first game guys, you knocked it out of the park.

It's hard to describe how addicting this game is. It has alot of inspiration from MMORPGs in combat and crafting, but you gather materials much like in Minecraft. Bases aren't necessary and you cannot rebind controls, but all in all, it is a fun game if you enjoy classic MMOs and Minecraft.

I'll update this as the game progresses.

So far, I love it. Because of the subject matter, TellTale can really liven up this game with great humor, but still make the characters compelling to love or hate. I'd really love to see characters from this bleed into Borderlands, and would absolutely love to be able to fight Bossanova in a BL game. Great humor, great character development, and great action sequences. All in all, great game so far.

Good old style dungeon crawling beat-em-up. A bit short, but definately fun. Only took about 6 hours to beat on normal difficulty solo, but game gets much harder with more people as you have to rely on them to not waste your lives. All in all it's an enjoyable game, but not really worth the $20 price tag. Wait for it to go on sale.
