EOMM (Engagement Optimized Matchmaking) is terrible because the game forces you to play in games that are most emotionally jarring in order to get you to tilt queue more frequently. The balance team is great, they just need to adjust matchmaking to maximize fun, and not time spent on this game.

Aight so overall, this game is pretty grindy, but really fun if you grind up toward an character build that you came up with. Sometimes this game is super rewarding and gives you incredibly highly rolled gear, other times, it can feel like you played 8h straight and have nothing in game to show. RNG is a ♥♥♥♥♥
