you can download the mod through here = {LINK REMOVED} , then you need crowbar to unpack .vpk, after unpacking you will get a folder called materials ( contains vtf textures + vmt ( materials settings) ) and a smd file, that smd file can be opened in blender or 3dmax ( you need a plugin ) and then exported in obj or fbx
