The tutorial last forever and bored the heck out of me. I would have kept playing but then I realized despite getting the most expensive edition available, I don't own this game, "Buying isn't owning" right Philippe Tremblay? What certainty do I have that I will still be able to open and play this game offline mode a few years from now? or will the game just ceases to exist from my library like The Crew? That's not even mentioning that the offline mode essentially lock you off from all collectibles, skins and progress made until you go back online, so what's the point? I am done renting your current and future games Ubisoft.

I get that this is a multiplayer game but I didn't expect the first thing I would be doing after getting through the tutorial is explain to a foreigner what tax fraud means because some bloke next to us randomly said Tax fraud then got up and leave. He came back though, and now we are all friends. 10/10 will explain tax fraud again.

- Noticed Persona 3 Re will be dropping on Feb 8 without the FES expansion: The Answer or FemC route.
- Atlus said this is definitely the definitive way to play P3 even though they denied that there will be an expansion (prior to the game release) Source: Trust me bro.
- Remembered that I was bamboozled into buying the complete P5 game with all DLC only for Atlus to release the same game again but updated for $100 with all DLC again one year after.
- Noticed that they silently dropped the expansion on March 12 separately from all of their Deluxe bundle that costs up to $100, and people are upset that they have to pay extra despite pre-ordering the $100 bundle version with all the skins.

*Sips tea* Yep same sh!t as always. Just you wait, they will release a Persona 3 Re-reloaded Final Cut GOTY Edition next year and still charge another $100+ for it.

I love the Persona series but I have grown jaded with Atlus's marketing schemes. If you want to play Persona 3 for the story, this game has you covered and a whole other route to play for New Game+ that ISN'T just a "palette change" and some of the new Social Links are actually really good. This version of P3 offers a new perspective in exchange for modern flashy animations and it doesn't cost you $70 to play (and another $35 for the ending that was part of P3 Fes). This new port of the game does offer more accessibility than previous version of P3 so if you find the change too drastic jumping from P5 to P3, you can adjust the difficulty and exp gain in the settings which is really neat. Or you know, obtain a copy of P3 Fes "legally" and play the Expansion that way instead of being extorted by Atlus.

But if you insist on playing P3 Reload instead, I honestly do suggest to just wait for the "definitive edition" to be re-released. Because knowing Atlus patterns and how much they love milking their fans, your wallet would thank you and you will be a lot happier to experience the game when it goes on sale with all updates and expansions and DLCs available for purchase.

Anyhoo, you do you, but if you are tight on money don't be played by Atlus.

go to the game folder->go to AliceGame-> go to config folder -> open Defaultengine.ini as a text-> change the MaxSmoothedFrameRate=31 to 60
Now you have Alice on 60FPS, enjoy.

Probably the first ever game that I ever finished, and holds a special place in my heart. Likely won't get a sequel like the creator American Mcgee have stated in interview because EA sucks. Shame.

Just in case you think I am dissing the game, let me make it clear that this is a fantastic game and I have been recommending friends to play it. This is one of those games that is worth the asking price whether it is on sale or at full price.

As for my review however, I like this game but I dislike the story it presents. 8/10

I have done everything available in the base game except the newest crossover update with Dredge. The gameplay is really fun and I find it difficult to put the game down once I start playing. Buuuuuuuut almost every single NPCs in this game who give you request for help are total jerkwads that makes fun of your character appearance and then expects you to help them for a reward like a good doggy anyway. If it weren't for completing the main story and achievement hunting, I would have declined all those requests for help so damn fast (not that you have the option to decline anyway).

See, here is the thing, Dave the main character is a bundle of positivity that sees the good in everyone, he is open minded and is willing to try new things out and gain new experience; and he helps people even when they are mean or mistrust him and by the end of it all he gained these people trusts. Dave The Diver showcases a more optimistic view on life and honestly if there are more Daves out there, this world would be a much better place. The sad reality is however, there aren't many Daves out there because it is hard to be a good person, to be nice and understanding. If I were put in Dave's Diving shoes, I would have had game over 3 seconds in game. So I dislike the fact that a fun chill game made me self reflect and want to be a better person, or at least say "f@ck off" more less often.

TL;DR We live in a society. This game is great, play it.

If you want a casual spoiler free review of this DLC, I think it completes the game that is Cyberpunk 2077. Both in terms of story telling and rehauled the combat system over all which many think "this is how the game is supposed to be from Cyberpunk 2077 launch day. It added a whole new layer to the game not just the dlcs but the police and driving system as well, which is fantastic. The new gigs are all really really good and interesting, new weapons to mess around with and the story as a whole brings new perspective to those who have already experienced all the other endings in the main game.

Now here comes the BUT: It is still buggy at launch, my game crashed on many story missions if the enemies didn't bugged out themselves and just stand there for me poke them. Now I expect these bugs to be patched and fixed sooner or later but if that is the only thing I have a problem with, I would not be writing this review. Let's just say I recommend buying the game on sale rather than right now. The 2.0 update is free and that alone is enough until you have finished everything the base game has to offer.

Please stop reading here if you don't want to be spoiled on the DLC. I have finished all new DLC endings, did all that the game has to offer and I will fully understand the flame I am about to receive for this hot take. I think the DLC story and endings is silly, don't get me wrong, the writing make sense and the ending provided circles back to the ones in the main story perfectly. You can't have everything, sacrifices have to be made as Johnny Silverhand put it when it comes to happy ending "Here, for folks like us? Wrong City, wrong people" but it just felt like the writer intentionally made the story and ending for this DLC extra depressing and sad just so people would stop complaining about the main endings in the game where there is no cure available for the main character. I have more questions than answers by the end of the new ending. What happened to Mama Welles? Did the main character lost everything including his money when he went into a coma? I mean come on, it is digital currency, does auto payment for apartment not exist in the year 2070s? That stuff exist right now for crying out loud. I call it nonsense for the main character to lose everything and for the story to limits who you can call and talk to, V as a main character, if you have played every side quests and done all the side missions should have more friends and allies to contact, 2 years time is not that big of a deal. Lowering V down to a nobody in the new ending and make them feel depressed just seems forced and needed just to "redeem" the originals endings. I don't regret preordering this DLC because I genuinely think this is a huge step up from patch 1.0, but I would have liked for CD Projekt Red to let us pick and choose what version of the game we can play. 1.70 combat system is flawed but there were so many interesting builds that I loved messing around with but now it is all gone. This new patch and the new DLC gives the player many new things but not all of it is great, so unless you finished the main game and want to experience more of Cyberpunk 2077, I don't think it is worth the full price. Take time, wait for a sale. Anyway, bully me for my hot takes away. IGN and many other review site give it 10/10 and 8/10, so maybe I am wrong and deserve the hate for this review, maybe I am expecting too much in this expansion, maybe the hyped got to me. But the fact that this is the last expansion this game will get kind of makes me sad.

Edit: I feel like there is a feel things I need to preface due to confusion:
1. I don't have a problem with the DLC story just because of the depressing endings, if I did I wouldn't have liked Cyberpunk 2077 or the anime or preordered this DLC. As a matter of fact, I praised the DLC story and writing because from an overall look, it completes Cyberpunk 2077 the game. But if I were to critique this DLC story on its own, it is silly. I don't mind if the ending is sad, I just want it to make sense. The one thing I forgot to add in the review is how bare bone the branching choices are for this DLC, you technically have one new ending and everything else is just you denying to take part in the DLC story further. Maybe if you read my review fully before jumping to conclusion, you would know.

2. I don't just have an issue with the bugs and crashes, I don't think the expansion is worth the asking price because it is really short, if you love the game but are short on cash, wait for a sale, and the spoiler section details more about the issue I have with the DLC story, and changes made to the main gameplay. If you love this DLC and the game runs silky smooth on your computer? I am happy for you, enjoy. I just can't relate.

3. Please keep the clown award coming, I love getting more points to shop for new profiles. Thanks.
