I’ve been in a highly anxious state for the past six months. I’m about to get married, work has been very stressful, and I’ve been mentally drained every day. I feel like I’m just muddling through life. I even stayed in the hospital for a while at the end of February. I can’t even bring myself to enjoy games like I used to.

This game’s gameplay and style are so similar to Animal Crossing — collecting trash, assembling my own train, playing with little animals. After work, I lie on the couch and play for an hour, and it feels like my soul gets a deep cleanse.
