Core gameplay is akin to Path of Exile meets Diablo 2/3. Very fun, however there are numerous issues:
Currently in an extremely buggy and unfinished state. It's possible to item dupe as well as abuse magic find by going up and down staircases. Some skills in the outer tree also don't work properly. Certain passives don't work at all.
Servers still not working properly multiple days after release. Takes numerous attempts to even create an online game session. If you had an online character and wish to play offline, you must create an entirely new character, instead of playing your online character as an offline one.
Bosses can glitch out online and softlock the game. Synchronisation issues between the host of the lobby and other players - boss AoE broadcasts do not match the animation. I've had a boss just not appear for me at all, or I'm locked into an area above the actual boss arena.

Currently I would only recommend you buy this game if it is less than $30.00 (AUD).
