not happy not happy at all

1. The problem is when I start up it crashes straight away (DX11 feature level 10.0 required to run the engine) i got DX12
2. there is no customer support i ticketed 4 hours ago
3. they need a lot of add foreign Chinese ads on their forms that is so many scammers (i am not jokeing on that)

i hope i going to get a Refund sorry to say

I tell you know I really do like steam controller and the steam link (another review sometime) very easy I can program it to any buttons on any game and you can save it to yourself for yourself or share for all I like because I'm left handed so this is awesome BTW try to find a left-handed control now days you got a pay a Premium price Plus people buy it and put the price up!!!!!

now I can just say now move on Xbox One I'm not paying £50 for game anymore when I can buy the same game for £30 even £20
