Very fun retro, turn-based RPG. Create your party and dive in. I look forward to the sequel.

I've really enjoyed my time with Breach & Clear, and plan on having quite a bit more time. I'm only about halfway through, I think. The graphics are nice, sound is fine, and gameplay is fun for me. My squad feels like special forces, but not overpowered. The marketplace is filled with goodies that you will need by the time you get past the first couple levels. I really don't have any negatives in my time playing. The tutorial could be a little better, but you will learn the stuff you need to know as you go along. It's a little bit of guess and test, but the ability to go back and replay old levels with new gear and knowledge make replayability nice.

I've loved this game since it was on Android. This is the PC version and has some updates, but the core game is still the same. It's a "survive as long as you can" game, similar to FTL. The randomness of FTL does not seem to be a problem with Out There, but there is also less action. After a while, it does seem to drag because of the lack of options, but that is a long and frustrating while (frustrating in a good way)

Early Access Review
Non-existant customer service - you had better hope it works.

This is nothing but a cash grab. They added micro-transactions and chests that you have to pay $2 to open. The items inside can't be sold for enough to recoup the cost of a key unless you get the rarest of the rare items.

Avoid this game.

Also, avoid in-game purchases. The keys that unlock the crates/usbs do not work.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this game is pretty bad. Repetitive, lackluster, and clunky.

Top-down, dual analog shooter with decent powerups and a kickass sound track. If you can get it cheaply, I recommend it.

Ok. This is pretty much the coolest game ever. I could not stop smiling while I was smashing heads and melting faces.

You use two buttons for the entire game - left and right mouse button or X and A on your controller. That's it. Just attack people that come from either side of the screen. A different colored guy has different abilities and you must adapt. It sounds simple, but is pretty funny. I look forward to unlocking all the cheevos.

Disappointing on almost every level. Clunky programming, difficulty clicking interactables, lackluster leveling system, and there simply isn't that charm to the item system. Even more disappointing when you realize it is from the creator of Diablo 1 and 2.
