Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. This usually means that we are in a game together and you want to see my level of experience.

I started playing PC games back in 1995 on a Packard Bell computer running windows 3.11. It had a 75mhz processor and 8 megs of memory. After the release of windows 95, I upgraded my computer to a 125 mhz cpu, and 16 megs of memory.

By 1999 I was running a 450mhz Pentium III home built computer, dual boot windows 95 and NT 4 with 192 megs of memory (128 + 64) and a 32 meg TNT2 video card.

Command & Conquer for DOS
Ultimate Doom
Quake - sometime around mid 1996. I played a lot of Quakeworld Deathmatch, Team Fortress, some rocket arena, CTF, Runes Quake,,,,. I went to Quakecon in 1997 and 1998.
Final Doom
Doom 2
Diablo - I really liked the original Diablo
Redneck Rampage
Quake II - I dont think QII lived up to the hype.
Half-Life - and the whole gaming world changed when HL was released.
C&C Red Alert
Team Fortress Classic - since the quakeworld community was fading into a memory, TFC was the next best thing that I could find. I probably played TFC on and off for 7 or 8 years.

Diablo II - Diablo II + Lord of desctruction expansion was good, but I dont think it was as good as the original Diablo. I probably played DII on and off for 6 or 7 years.

Fortress Forever - this is an outstanding example of what a Team Fortress game should be like.
Counter-Srtike Source
TF2 - even with all of the promotion, I think TF2 is lacking, very lacking. It in no way defines what a Team Fortress game is about.

As I get older, I think the overall quality of online gamers is going downhill. The number of players that disply poor sportsmenship is growing, while the number of old school players such as myself grows smaller.

I also do not understand why so few people have mics? Mics have been in use for 10 years. So if you do no have a mic, your 10 years behind the times.


~~~~~ Besides online Games ~~~~~

Some of my real life activities include spending time with my family, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, bar-b-que'ing - my pit is on a trailer, and has a cooking surface 6 feet 9 inches long.

I also enjoy nature photography. Currently I'am using a Canon Powershot SX 130IS to take my pictures and film HD videos.
