Starts off right but the ends in a whimper.

Pros
Great atmosphere - the soundtrack, color scheme, and art style really immerse you into a darker side of the city. Adds an unease and tension to your decisions.
Interesting Characters - most of the characters you come across are interesting and rarely dull. The art style helps with this as well.

Cons
Spellcheck/ Editing - There are numerous errors throughout the dialogue texts. So much so that my grammar teachers are shaking their heads in disgust. Not acceptable for a final product.
Limited Speech Options/ Strange Choices - Overall this wasn't too numerous but in certain situations the character had text options that she/he wouldn't know about or were out of character. Is instantly noticeable to people who know the lore and series.
That Ending... - None of your choices matter. No matter which way you play it. Game builds you up on thinking that your choices and actions will matter but it doesn't. Makes replaying it pointless besides seeing characters you missed.

Overall Verdict - If you want to get this game.... wait for a sale.
