Incredible incredible let down compared to the first one, a game that I love dearly and poured 200hrs+ in.
Everything in this game is a cluster. Every single fight, every room, every boss.
I find myself just spamming ranged attacks from far cause it's impossible to understand anything visually if you're in the middle of it.
Compared to Hades where I knew I would have fun no matter what weapon I picked up, Hades 2 feels like you're doing the same thing no matter what weapon you're wielding.
Non interesting boons. Non interesting duos.
Arcanas are a downgrade from the Mirror.
Feels like I'm playing a Korean MMO with the amount of currencies they've put in the game.
Timed gate stuff like growing plants and brewing stuff are incredibly boring.

Can't really put in words how much I was expecting from this game and how much I was let down.

Quick edit just to say: holy ♥♥♥♥ the story ending is genuinely one of the worst things ever written

Big Fan. 100 hours in and I still can't get enough. Trying every build, deepening every relationship, I want to hear every line, every music, everything!

Amazing game.
