For beginners, don’t play Nurse — she’s very hard to use.
I recommend trying the current strong killer “Jason” (a community nickname for the strongest killer in the current meta before nerfs). You can take advantage of his power while he’s still strong to get familiar with the game.
Or you can also try “Wraith” (aka “Tingdong / Tinkerbell”), which is much easier for beginners.
