A great game to pick-up and play for short periods at a time, although any potential purchaser should know that this is an early access Alpha.

The combat is solid, and you are always confronted by challenging well textured enemies. The graphics are beautiful. The game truly is beautiful.

Starbound shares no small amount of DNA with the likes of Minecraft and Terraria, giving players a randomly generated playground to muck around in, exploring, crafting, building and generally just setting their own goals. But this playground is mind-bogglingly huge, encompassing a whole galaxy filled with worlds waiting to be charted and explored.

Of course, Starbound will evolve.

One of the best stories in a game, makes you feel for the characters and regret your hard decisions even though you know in your heart it was the right choice.

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition is one of the best games I've ever played, so don’t let a few trivial issues push you away. If you play with a 360 controller and install the resolution fix, it’s every bit the game that you might have imagined when you first heard the game was coming to PC.
