My kids have a lot of hours in LEGO Worlds and they love it. They like other LEGO games, but this one gives them most freedom - whole planets (small, later medium and later very large) to discover, random planets with different biomes, they can dig under surface, search treasures, choose their path how to progress in the game, find new bricks and discover new objects for building, discover new characters (and their custom parts for custom characters). There is no story like in other LEGO games, just some tutorial quests and planets from start, later voluntary quests for rewards. They really enjoy it and build a lot of their homes brick by brick + objects for playing (7 and 4 years, split screen fun). I wish I had this game when I was kid :)

They were adding new objects regularly to the game - new year, halloween etc., packed as two showcase packs free dlcs from 2018 and 2019. There is probably no new content since Jul 2019. I bought both DLCs (monsters and space) for complete content (new objects, characters, planets). Some mechanics from LEGO Worlds are used in LEGO Movie 2 Videogame from 2019, so they were probably focusing on this new LEGO Worlds and LEGO Movie 2 story mix. Maybe there will be no new content, but random planets and building freedom are good for returning to the game.

Game has no Steam Cloud support, so you need to backup / transfer your save game manually.
