As someone who isn't typically a fan of card based strategy games, Banners of Ruin proved difficult to put down.
The game resets upon death but is never the same twice. The RNG keeps it fresh and that's something I really enjoyed about the game. It made it all the more frustrating when I died with a really good team. But that's the sort of thing that makes you keep playing. You always want to play another round because you hope to get further. And you do! The tier system implemented for the animal races is really unique and allows you to progress further through the game every time you tier up.
I highly recommend at least giving this game a try!
