Workout for 2 hours (strict muscle building workout.)
By 6 am. Shower for 45 minutes and then 15 minut cold shower.
By 7 am, medicate until 8 am.
Breakfast and then sleep for another hour (until 9. am).
Work on counstructkion site 9:15 to 12. with 14 minute lunch break.
Play Counter Strake from 12 to 19 pm. Eat a dear or horse if Im lucky.
Workout from 20 to 22 (cardio). Read "Rich dad pooor dad" until 23.
