Well made and long awaited sequel (triquel?) to the original Goat Simulator. You probably know what you're getting yourself into, if not, I'd recommend playing the first game and its DLCs, especially since the bundle with all the originals is 5 bucks on sale while this was 15.

You run around on a sandbox GTA5-esque island and do various missions and quests across the map. It's a nice ambience, and the soundtrack isn't as catchy as in the old games, but it's nice. There's various gags, easter eggs and references everywhere, be it random props in the world or entire missions. These are the core of Goat Simulator, although I feel like the originals were slightly more authentic and funnier. The whole game being themed around this one map is a slight downside, as the different themes of the originals always kept it fresh and memorable.

There's quite a lot of props and abilities to mess around with, younger me would've killed to play this for days. The controls, UI and everything feels betters than the originals, it's pretty smooth and nice to control. The gameplay is pretty solid for what you're doing, and there's a lot of various small fun surprises and interactions.

It's not that deep, just some goofy fun and tasks to spend some time with quite a bit of content. Although, 30 bucks is kinda steep, especially since the first games are way cheaper, and are essentially the same but with slightly more oomph and different themes (although pretty old by now).
