Roguelikes by their very nature oppose cohesion. Hades takes that bull by the horns and structures itself to integrate all the elements into something that feels progressive. The story is dynamic, the enemies change as you play further, and the dialogue is exhaustive in it's scope, application, and quality.

Seriously fantastic game.

Low learning curve, insane skill ceiling. Fantastic game for problem solvers. Definitely a game you should always have installed.

Owned the game for a little over a week.

Entered a pub, and beat the piss out of a guy with the handle Old_Man_Nov. Thrashed him repetetively, talked trash, and he claimed to be friend of the developers and a network engineer. I laughed at him, thrashed him the next round, and a couple days later my account is banned.

The game is fun, but if the devs and their friends are a little clique of sore losers, this game can get ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
