Right now it's buggy, glitchy and the maneuvers system can be improved (a lot), that's for sure. BUT, problems aside, it's still a fun game to play.

The game has a few problems and few things missing, sure. Maybe the team should've waited a bit more before releasing this one? Idk. Overall, Skylines II is playable, fun and has a lot of potential to improve.
Yes, I'm gonna be that guy and say the graphics framerate is not that important for a game like this --it never was and it never should be. The team should focus on making the most realistic simulation possible, addressing the real issues the game has (traffic AI, for instance) and optimizing what actually needs to be optimized. Skyline II can be leaps and bounds better than Skyline I, if the devs keep going on the right track.

The game is bland, boring as ♥♥♥♥, has clothes and sofas like it's The Sims or some ♥♥♥♥ like that, driving is not fun like it used to be, cars either handle like boats or spin like a dreidel out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nowhere, it's almost impossible to attack curbs and the AI... Holy ♥♥♥♥, the AI sucks the root. The release was botched, the execution was botched and patches barely fixed anything. Either buy one of the older games or just save your money. EA ruined another sports franchise, it's better to just accept the facts.

It's just not a fun experience.
