Why do you play with cheaters? 189 matches with a closet hacker; you lose plausable deniability - you know he is cheating. You asked why we play in EU? We play in EU because NA CS died because of people like your "friend" m1kus ruining it for everyone. Queue times are 10 minutes long to play with silvers on your team and against silvers, only to have 1 GE in the game ragehack. You need to have a serious chat with your friend about his decisions
