Easily one of the most lovingly and beautifully written games ever created. I can rant about Disco Elysium, its characters (Man with Sunglasses, my beloved), incredible worldbuilding, design, artwork, and soundtrack for hours, but I strongly believe the less you know about this game, the more breathtaking it will be during your first of the many playthroughs

If you can handle a ton of text (it's fully voiced btw, so don't be too afraid) and like to explore fictional worlds (extremely good written) you'll fall in love with DE just like all of us here!

September 28th… Daylight. The monsters have overtaken the city. Somehow… I’m still alive
Re3 has always been a kind of DLC for Re2, for which received not the most flattering reviews from some players, both in 1999 and now in 2020. Code Veronica was supposed to be the third part of the main series and perhaps if Capcom had played it this way in regards to remakes Re3Make would have received less undeserved hate.

Yes, the remake has lost several locations, as well as its replay value (multiple endings and action choices in some situations), but I believe that this does not make Re3Make a bad remake or a bad game. Nobody takes the original game away from you, you can always launch it and enjoy it as much as you like. Re2Make also does not go 100% accurate to its original (remember the long-suffering plots A and B), but no one was whining about that as much as some players are whining about Jill's skirt and the clock tower (hey, the factory was so much cooler than clock tower, why we don't complain about it?). Yes, I would also like to have more classic puzzles, slow pace, and heavy atmosphere, but both action and its shortness suit Re3Make pretty well.

What is really done in the remake perfectly good and no one can argue with it is the improved graphics and growth of the characters. Jill now suffers from PTSD after the events of Re1, and does not run on dates (after all, it's so easy to trust people again after your captain tried to feed your entire squad to the zombies, right?), She is distrustful, irascible, well prepared to survive, but behind the cold facade hides the same selfless, kind girl, familiar to us from the first part. Separately, I want t note the amazing redesign - Jill is sooo beautiful in this part. But most of the work has been done on the mercenaries from the U.B.C.S. And I must admit, Carlos has never been so good (who was given more playing time, by the way). You look at him in the remake and you involuntarily get upset that after this game Capcom left all of us in the "cold, cruel Carlos-less world". It's not too late to fix this mistake, Capcom! And while I'm infinitely grateful for Carlos, I can't help but wonder why we stayed in the Barry-less world? That would be a very nice nod towards the original and Re1.

I've never had any interest in Nemesis. And I also don't understand the excitement around Mr. X in the Re2Make. Therefore, I have no particular complaints here. I’m even glad that I didn’t have to spend 90 percent of my time trying to dodge his attacks ("thanks" to the developers for this sick teleport jump), while I was trying to collect various things in locations. However, when Nemesis presents, he's badass and quite dangerous.

Is Re3Make perfect? No, absolutely not. Is this game as good as Re2Make? More likely no than yes. Is this game good all in all? Yes, absolutely yes!

Re3Make is much more colorful than Re2Make, more fast-paced, and more eventful. Probably, someone expected Re3Make to be the same as Re2Make, but we have what we have. Re3Make is good in its own way, it does not let you go until the end credits and does not let you get bored.

It's sheer perfection. My precious G-virus REmake 2. No one will ever take you away from me.

But seriously, this is probably the best remake in the entire gaming industry. Definitely one of the best games made by Capcom. The only cons of the Re2Make are the absence of the original system of A and B plots and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ adaptive difficulty. All other aspects of the game are just great.

All thanks to Capcom for bringing back the real Resident Evil
