So much fun to deal with the randomized bosses. I like the tempo and mood of the game a lot too. I have spent plenty of time just dealing with what the game generates for me to do without having to eat thru the main narrative.

The co-op mechanics of this game are as tight as its obvious inspiration Left 4 Dead. The replay value for improving items has greatly improved since launch. The community is good if you don't have high expectations of voice talk. Good for casual play, grinding for prestige or tactical twitchyness. I haven't done much with the wave defense levels but I would like to with some friends. 8/10
