I love the update where they removed vr and made this optimized for desktop.
Vr optimization is just as good as the progression system that nobody asked for.
Check out Demonologist though.

Had fun for the first like 60 levels. After that you get matched with p2w and people who spend 1k+ hours in this game. That wouldnt be bad if your epic units wouldnt get stomped by this dudes blue tier units just because he is stacking buyable doctrines on them.

The fraud of early access. Not an update since 2014, unfinished buggy game at this state.

It takes like 30 minutes to figure this game out completely.
Another 30 minutes and you beat the game coming to the most unsatisfying end there could be.A RESET!
you keep your gold and can buy a bit of useful stuff to crawl down 7 level down and then up again just to repeat this.
like a visit at the dentist .. over and over
