Just get Zoo Tycoon 2 instead. Way less finicky and micromanaging for more animals and a lower price. Plus you can mod the crap out of Zoo Tycoon 2. Sure, the graphics aren't as nice but at least placing paths and fences doesn't make want to shoot someone, unlike this game.
