Hi! TF2’s bot/cheater problem has been a major issue for 2 years now. Very little has been done to address this problem and it hasn’t been directly acknowledged by anyone at Valve or the TF2 team.
If anyone at Valve could give the community an update on the situation and let us know if it’s being worked on and when it might be fixed that would mean a lot.

BRING BACK GRANDPA BILL YOU BASTARDS

In serious now, the game is not fun at all. Characters could be replaced with wooden cutouts from tf2 and you won't notice any difference, a lot of confusing mechanics like card decks and weapon customs and their tier, A F*****G MONEY SYSTEM IN A ZOMBIE GAME WHAT WERE YOU SMOKING? Their version of "director" is broken with it's spawn of armies of different specials (sometimes in one place), and probably most annoying is difficulty curve, where if you raise it from normal to veteran (second or "medium" difficulty if i remember) you won't even leave the spawn properly.
Main theme is pretty good tho.

In overall i give it 3.8/10. Can't wait for it to get ported over to Left 4 Dead 2 as custom campaign.

Awesome game 10/10, terrible support for new hardware

I used to like this game for a long time. But now, this game is in a bad shape with a lot of holes.
Visual and connection configs are allowing to get an advantage for some players.
Official casual and matchmaking are filled with bots. Community servers are filled with tryhards with over 9k hours that instead of helping new players are dominating them till they leave, because "it's literally told by the game".
Pyro in it's current state is a joke, that even a player that took it for the first time can spawnblock an entire enemy team (hello phlog).

In summary, this game does not need a new content. Instead, needs to be taken apart and pulled back together properly. With new version of the engine (like the one that csgo has for instance), fixed netcode and new more accurate hitboxes, complete re-balance of most mechanics and complete removal of ability for players to modify connection settings (like interp or update/cmdrate) and most of the graphical options (dxlevel, lod level and many other major settings)

1.Disbalanced online with Pay2Win politics
2.Laggy servers.
3.No chances of any promotion in online without buying Shark Cards.
4.Offensive community.
5.Random bans for no reason
6.Boring singleplayer
7.Very simplified mechanics compared to GTAIV
8.Always Broken anti-cheat system (hackers appearing in about 3 days after major update)

And the main reason of course:
9.Destroyed possibility of modding for single player even for simple graphic enhancements

Conclusion: Do not buy this game, if you don't have an endless wallet, which could feed developer's money appetite.
