Buying Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel without the season pass is probably the best thing to do if you want to purchase it for the original price, although I still would recommend you to wait for it to go on sale as it could go up to a -70% discount. The best way to purchase the game with the season pass is to wait for it to go on sale as it offers "Claptastic Voyage" which imo is one of the best storyline DLC's in the borderlands series and The Doppleganger Jack vault hunter DLC.
