This will appeal to two types of players - 1. Looking for a bit of relaxing Space Trucking with a podcast, 2. Space Combat enthusiasts.

Beautiful to look at and quick to lose hours in.

Do the tutorials first though, and don't fly without rebuy.

A fantastically addicting colony management game. Hours disappear as you set yourself minor goals and watch your pawns get to work.

Brilliant mod support and a great community.

A beautiful, high intensity game that gives you far too much for free, with developers caring more than most these days. Just don't judge it off of the tutorial, get stuck in!
