Started out as a fun, fast-paced game that i could play on and off throughout the day. It had great potential. But the devs couldn't resist adding more and more p2w in the shop and now intrusive ads. It's a shame because the core gameplay was solid. But for me there's no point playing anymore. I wont support this behavior. Devs still don't get that most players hate ads. Its annoying and they know it so they want you to pay money every month to turn it off. It ruins the experience. On to the next one!

Edit: Most of my time played is mobile and that is not reflected in my playtime. I have at least 300 hours played.

Godslayer Arena is honestly one of the most addictive and refreshing games I've played in a long time. It takes everything I enjoy like roguelikes, strategy, and RPG elements, and combines them into a super satisfying loop where every run feels unique. Drafting spells, finding crazy synergies, and watching your hero tear through enemies is just pure fun. I've already put in more hours than I should have, and I'm still discovering new builds and ways to play. You can really feel the passion from the developers, and the game has tons of potential. I'm fully on board with this one and I hope more people check it out!

I decided to try this game with a friend, not expecting much, but it completely blew me away! I ended up with over 60 hours in a week. While the co-op mode has a few bugs, the developers have warned us since it's a new feature and are actively working on making it better. Despite the minor glitch here and there, the overall experience remains absolutely enjoyable. The combat is phenomenal, capturing the essence of an MMO with its rewarding progression, exciting boss fights, and short events and world battles. This game is an absolute gem! What an amazing surprise! Great work! Please keep adding content! This is turning into one of my favorite games!

And to echo what others have said: They changed the game for the better! It avoids live service nonsense, offers a one-time purchase with everything unlockable in game without extra payments, skips the "battlepass" gimmicks, and has none of the typical MMO bloat. Plus, it supports full co-op or single-player options. Mind blowing.

The recent launch of Last Epoch 1.0 has been truly remarkable. Despite encountering some initial server hiccups, promptly addressed with improvements, the backlash appeared somewhat disproportionate compared to big-budget AAA releases. Developed by an indie studio, Last Epoch stands out with its stellar communication, timely updates, and transparent development process, often overshadowing efforts by larger companies. Speaking from my experience with various ARPGs, I'd confidently place Last Epoch among the top three, possibly even clinching the number one spot, thanks to its cohesive experience and user-friendly gameplay, which fosters creativity and experimentation.

One of Last Epoch's standout features is its intuitive gameplay, offering a plethora of viable build options. Its inventory management is top-notch, and the end-game content is both diverse and meaningful. Boss fights are engaging, and the game strikes a good balance with mob density. Unique items are intriguing, and the crafting system is arguably one of the best in the genre. Combat feels impactful and responsive, with the development team actively engaged in gameplay alongside the community. However, there's room for improvement in streamlining the process for leveling alts, and adding more mini-bosses could inject some welcomed variety into the content. Looking ahead, incorporating more group-oriented content and innovative features to keep maps fresh would be fantastic additions. Despite occasional review bombing, the unwavering dedication of the developers has garnered widespread admiration and support within the community.

This is the BEST MOBA that is out there. You dont have to spend money to play the core of the game. Only have to spend money to look good. This is how it should be.
