Call of Duty gets most of it's money from consoles; CS does not. Not to mention CS started as a Half-Life mod like 12+ years ago. They are very different games designed for different platforms (not the least of which is mouse vs joystix). I hesistate to agree that CoD sucks, however I've played or beaten every CoD and CS is far more satisfying for whatever reason :)
