This game isn't Rimworld, any review that makes too much of a comparison should be avoided. If you can't live without micromanagement e.g. setting manual priorities in Rimworld this probably isn't the game for you. At it's core it's a diplomacy / colony guidance / resource management game.

It's got similar great story telling elements (sometimes a settlement will fail for the funniest reason, like a quirk of some lord's character). The tutorial is great and will tell you everything you need to know to grow a huge settlement on your first run for those inclined to listen.

For an early access game there is a lot to like about it, and many hours of gameplay.

Great game

Only a few hours in and I've already gotten my money's worth, it's a lot of fun!

The enshrouded mechanic is fun, the world looks shiny, the building and crafting + destructible environments are great.

Great combination of rougelite and city-builder. Feels very polished for an early access title, highly recommend!

Is it a shameless 3D Rimworld clone in many ways? Yes.
Do I care? No.

This game is already a lot of fun and you can sink many hours into it if you enjoy a good colony sim. It's still missing a bit of polish as far as some of the game mechanics are concerned, but that's what early access is for.

All the best to the devs, this game has the potential to go far.

Dropped 10 hours into it on the first weekend of owning it, very addictive! Australian animal crossing.

This game is so grand in scale and fun to play. However, inevitably each save will be ruined by some bug or another that makes you walk away from a 30 hour save cursing the game. I wish I could recommend but I can't...

Reminds me of Banished, lots of content for early access.

Don't let the "early access" fool you, this game is more finished than 90% of AAA games released today. If you loved Factorio, or Satisfactory, then this is the game for you.
