If you're a fan of escape games, this is a gem for your collection. It has its own rooms however, the steam workshop is thriving that there're endless rooms to choose from.
This should a staple in your library.

Good, you can play with your own hosted party or stream it through twitch if you dont have friends :(

Various events and combinations so replay ability is not unlimited but a lot. winning as a monarch or helping your monarch is also fulfilling but so is trying to usurp/kill them and/or maybe making them bankrupt is more fun.

I dont touch my phasmophobia game anymore. this is my new favorite coop ghost investigation game.

You don't just find out what ghost it is, you weaken them with tasks, then you capture them like pokemon XD.
Experiences can vary whichever age and mood it is. The new update (March 2023 update) made every game play differ from the previous ones.
Objectives are random and fun to do.
There are also other modes that you can mix and match to have a more challenging play.
Overall, its a refreshing yet horrific game.

The puzzle are not that hard nor overly easy.
You wouldn't notice you already spent hours on it. I didn't

The things that could improve on is more on the user experience:
There are a lot of clicks to get the job done.
Like selling stuff and buying would be done repetitively.
You have to click the arrow in the elevator a lot of times than hold to get to the top.
I hope to get a journal to keep track of tasks

I encountered the same bug twice or thrice:
I go down to the stairs room but the screen shows the main puzzle entrance with me not on screen bc im in the room on the right.

I backed this on Kickstarter a year ago (or more) and it was worth the wait.

To be honest, I like this more than Stardew Valley. Some people say they're very similar but I think there are big parts that differ between them. My Time at Portia is very big, like when I thought I'm done with the game the map kept on growing. I really love this game that this is what I've been playing whenever I had free time before. This is more of a 'builder' game than a farming game. A lot of grinding on this game and the building game play is really quite an effort, you have to plan everything. I kept notes on paper.

I also think the mob fighting in this game is more fun and exciting. You can get a NPC to fight with you. There are also sudden story cutscenes you'll discover after just discovering and fighting some mobs.

I wouldve love to have mulitplayer on this too.

I love the game.
Casual game but with a purpose. I tend to hate games where just walk around aimlessly and suddenly the game ends.
This one makes you meet the residents of Eastshade, get to know them, help them, keep secrets and probably solve some mysteries.
I saw this comment saying 'You're a painter not a fighter' and this is very accurate.
Huge plus, I got some background pictures from the game bc the visuals are great.

HOWEVER! The game got bugs. I was getting stuck in some rocks and cliffs. kinda annoying when you had a lot of progress and you have to go back to the previous saved log.
