Matchmaking is horribly unbalanced, roughly 90% of the players in queue are literal actual nonhuman bots, targeting RNG is an enormous part of the game, (just try running some weekly challenge winners in sandbox), and the lead dev thinks it is ideal that you can tell who will win most games from the draft luck they get. The economics are horrible right now and the first 11 waves make literally no difference to the end result of a game. Virtually no send diversity since the pack leader and safety mole changes. I would go as far as saying ranked mode is completely unplayable when solo queuing.

The dev response is lying, compare steam charts to the claimed playercount in game or on drachbot.

The community is awful, there are only like 4 servers and they are all full of 300 ping australians and russians, and they keep adding game mechanics to make it more slow-paced and beginner-friendly (rolling, kicking, Man At Arms' special, Sharpshooter, autoparry, countless stun and blur effects...)

Honestly this was the best sourcemod by far a few years ago, sad to see the state of the game. It's probably not worth the download unless you are going to play with friends. The devs simply don't care about the core playerbase, who have broadly opposed every major change in years - hence the fact that most of them don't play anymore.
