This game was one of the main reasons I wanted a PC. I have been playing it since 2015 across multiple accounts, this game has so much to offer, the competitive is amazing and honestly offers so much to learn and so much to improve at. The community servers are also a strong-suite of the game, there are many different game modes and many different custom-community made servers. There are many things that need to improve, such as the matchmaking, tick-rate and the anti-cheat but this game has been a classic for many years, and it will always hold a special spot in my heart. I recommend this game to anyone that likes competitive shooters. I love this game and I look forward to many more years <3

Black ops 3 honestly plays a big part on why the Call Of Duty series is still alive. Call of duty fans were being ignored for so long and had enough of Activision and Call Of Duty. Anyways, Call Of Duty took a hard left when Black ops 3 came out and plays a very big part in the Call of Duty and Black Ops Series. I can confidently say that this game is the best one in the Black Ops Series and is one of the best Call of Duty games ever made.


You liked the story of Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2? You like the story and how it plays out? You want more You want more of the loved characters that everyone knows? Nah Go ♥♥♥♥ Yourself. Treyarch completely takes a hard left and changes the story completely from it's predecessors. The story is weird and has no single goal or motive, It is all over the place and makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense at all. The story is poorly done and does not hook the player, you feel all over the place while playing and you have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idea what is going on. There is SO much customization, YIKES, there is barely any character customization and body types (which does not really matter, but if you are going to have the option, make it good). The story revolves around a soldier who loses their limbs, and is being sent on missions. Pretty much the whole game you are trying to destroy the illuminati or the devil or some ♥♥♥♥ like that. To be honest it is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. In my opinion the campaign does not offer anything memorable, and after playing it ( I do not know why you would) you will forget about it. The characters aren't memorable, The story is not, There aren't any plot twists, it's just a big mess. The only good thing in my opinion that came out of the campaign is all the memes and all the "Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 Ending Explained" videos. The story is not memorable but I will say that the gameplay is different to other Call of Duty titles and has new things to offer. One of the new things that they added that I really like is the special abilities, which make the campaign not as boring. In conclusion, the campaign's story is iffy, and the gameplay is pretty good.


This is by far the strongest point of this game and anyone who thinks different does not have my respect. A lot of people hate the futuristic movement but I honestly love it, It makes the games faster and more chaotic, and it gives opportunity for outplay mechanics. There are specialists, which in my opinion are very well done and fit great into the multiplayer. The specialists all have different main abilities and side abilities that give you an edge or a advantage on other players. If I had to class these abilities I would say one that do Damage, and passives. There aren't a lot of these abilities but they are very well done, they range anywhere from a pistol that can one tap anyone, A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sniper that shoots electricity, invisibility (pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool) , or a grenade launcher that can kill anyone in its vicinity. These abilities may sound overpowered but they are not, in most cases you can only get 1-3 kills with them due to their range and time that they are equipped. In my opinion they are perfectly balanced and are a great addition to the game. Bringing up the new movement system, it is a lot better than Advanced Warfare's movement and feels fluid and smooth to play and use. The movement can be very weird at some times and get you killed but in most cases it allows for a lot of outplay. There are a lot of modes (which are mostly dead on PC), but there is a lot of variation and there is a constant rotation of a featured mode which I enjoy. This game also has custom mode support where you can use mod menus and ♥♥♥♥ like that, It can be pretty fun to mess around with but gets boring. Another + to this game is the grind to get to max level, I have achieved this on console which took forever but the grind to get to level 1000 takes a huge amount of time and dedication.


Black Ops 3 zombies is AMAZING, I repeat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZING. There is no doubt on my mind that Black Ops 3 has the best zombies . There is the classic the good old pay for 4 maps dlc, but there's also the dlc called "Zombie Chronicles" , if you are going to buy DLC I would 100% buy the Zombies Chronicles, this DLC allows you to play remastered better versions of old Call of Duty zombies maps; that is actually insane and one of the best ideas Activision has ever had. Besides the DLC and default map, There are a lot of Steam Workshop maps, you have easily accessible user-submitted maps, hundreds of them, all at your disposal FOR FREE. Not that it had to be mentioned but most of these maps are pretty damn good and can offer a challenge and new experience. The DLC is really good but if you do not purchase it do not feel like you are missing something, the workshop maps are all amazing and can offer hundreds of hours of entertainment. All respect goes to Treyarch for blowing it out of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ park and really offering a amazing zombies experience. Hats off to you Treyarch keep it up


I really feel that this game mode does not get enough attention, but I understand it. There is not a lot to say about freerun, it is a really good game mode in which you have to run through a map and do parkour to complete it. There is a lot of speedrun opportunity and there are always opportunities to improve your time. There are only 4 maps that get harder each time, they are a great challenge and can help you improve your movement. This game mode could have been a lot more than it is (shame to treyarch for not supporting it). The fact that there are not a lot of maps is alright though, once again the Steam Workshop comes in clutch. There are a lot of easy/hard maps that are available to download, these can be really bad or most of the time really good, and a hard challenge. This game mode is pretty good and can be a fun challenge.


Black Ops 3 is a really good game. There is a lot to do and a lot of stuff to play and explore and the game is definitely worth the $60 price tag (also if you are still paying full price for games what are you doing with your life). I do not understand the campaign but you might understand it and might enjoy it. The game is very good and I think it did not get enough love, I think that it is still one of the best Call of Duty games ever made.

PROS:
+ You can play the multiplayer for a long time
+ Zombies is very well done and the DLC is very worthy
+ Custom zombies map allow for endless fun

CONS:
- Garbage Story (might just be because I did not understand it)
- The game can get repetitive

The reason I bought my whole computer and setup, I stumbled across this game while watching Summit1G and instantly fell in love. I saved up money and bought a whole setup just to play this game. I loaded it up and I was hooked, coming from a call of duty and console background I had never played something that gave such excitement and such a rush. I remember I had finally got used to the Z1 map and had learned it, like 2-3 weeks after that, Z2 came out, I hated it but I grew to love it. The colors looked a lot better and it made the game feel new. I started looking more into twitch and started watching ninja and CDNTHE3RD, anyways, I have never had such fun getting destroyed in a video game. I remember trying so hard to 2 tap and learn the AR recoil. I told all my friends about the game and we all started playing duos and fives, we all ended up getting addicted. I grinded this game vigorously and finally reached royalty in PS4, I was still addicted to this game and at this point easily had over 1K hours. I don't remember exactly when but after the combat update came out it ruined the game for me, for a short amount of time. I actually started liking the new recoil, it was easy to learn and easy to spam. It was at this time that I started watching other streamers such as; Piney, Stormen, Eryctriceps, Tthump, and Sweetdreams. I kept playing the game daily and got royalty pretty much every season after PS4, I started getting really good at the game, killing streamers, and being top 250 in leaderboards. This was when I was getting bored of the game and started switching to PUBG, I started playing PUBG with my friends almost everyday and it was the main game I played for a while. I never officially returned to H1 after switching to PUBG but I played here and there. After Jace Hall took over the game I started getting hope about a potential return, I waited really long for Z1 update and got let down. I waited for March 6th, return of old animations, and colors. This update was really good and got me back into the game for a week or 2 until the game died again :( . I have lost all of my hope for this game to be honest but it is not a bad thing, If I ever see a Just Survive return I will be glad to try it but I think we should just let the game die in peace.
