Strange, straange cozy game. Minimal gameplay but somewhat engaging. Ambiance like: polar post-apocalyptic strangeness with PS1-PS2 graphics. You cook eggs, cockroaches, cigs and more. Dialogues intriguing. Took thousands of screenshots of this environment, cozy like I said. Unexpected as well as delicate in a well-contained universe.

[2024.01.03 74h - edit]:
- Unexpectedly got addicted to this game. Map exploration requires trial and error, patience, minutia.
- Discovering effects is quite pleasing. Don't stress, mistakes are part of the process.
- Intuitive gameplay. It shows and doesn't tell. Found myself discovering new mechanics naturally while exploring, and without needing to look stuff up online.
- Pacing is very well balanced. But I'm generally a slow player, fwiw.
- Once getting enough ingredients in mid/end-game, you can truly experiment with salts, then plan, calculate, position.
- I find the path planning very fun, especially in the second map. You can use all whirlpools that teleport you to a certain point, and you can use the salts you crafted to modify your trajectory, unlocking infinite possibilities for optimal pathfinding and potion crafting.
- The game lets you develop your own style of pathfinding / crafting. You're free.
- I can spend hours simply re-organizing my recipe book (which becomes crucial (to me) for selling potions efficiently to challenging client requests.)

*Bref*, it's like my perfect neat OCD-organizing dream game. Truly cozy overall.

This game is a wild ride. Cards are talking to you. The gameplay loop is phenomenal. I can't leave a proper review because it would spoil everything so do yourself a favor and go in blind. It's worth it for the atmosphere alone. And with Kaycee's mod released by the developer, there's a great replay value. What I like the most is how the game lets us create some very broken cards, and it's all part of the charm.
