Had to request a refund, the game actually looks and plays good when it runs but it's plagued with black screen/no boot issues and it even BSOD my pc something that almost never happens to me. Tried every suggestion an sometimes it worked sometimes the black screen issue persisted. The only thing i didn't try is clear CMOS/remove OC which i'm not gonna do for one game when every other game runs flawlessly on my pc.

I'll consider buying it again when it gets fixed, also screw bethesda launcher and all these crap.

I bough this game again on sale and i absolutely loved it, some issues were fixed but i had some crashes here and there, nothing major thought. As a game it's spectacular, one of the best games i've played this year. OST is amazing, movement and gunplay also top notch. Everything is what you'll probably expect and more.

Overall i had a blast and i can definitely recommend it.

Stupid rng game, only optimal setups and every good character is super contested, needs balancing tweaks.

This game is simple at it's concept and execution but highly addictive. It could use some QoL upgrades mostly regarding the tedious inventory system/resource management but there is nothing game-breaking, the game is pure fun and an excellent time killer.

BR /f2p and here goes the last competitive fps left, i lost all respect for valve after this, i thought they'll remain purists and not dive into this stupid BR trend. I guess i was wrong..

This is one of the worst multiplayer games i've ever played by far.

Let's start with the game's performance, graphics are not that bad but nothing special to justify the horrendous performance of this game. You'll need a powerful pc to achieve "stable" 144fps (assuming you have a 144/240hz monitor which should be a staple in any competitive setup these days) and even then the game suffers from micro-stuttering. I've never seen a setup that runs this game flawlessly without stutters. I'm running an overclocked 8700k to 5ghz and a 1080ti also overclocked with a pretty optimized system and i have the occasional drops and stutters which is unacceptable for a game that runs on high end hardware and its out of early access. Various "optimization guides" do nothing, don't waste your time.

Now let's go to the network performance, as expected it's also abysmal, it suffers from the worst hit registration I've ever seen, the variable tickrate doesn't help either and according to performance analysis videos the game hits 30hz after 8 minutes and struggles to maintain them. It's not a fair comparison due to the number of players but for example csgo runs at 64hz with 3rd party services offering 128hz options and battlefield also runs at 60hz. Latency is also a big issue, you can't ping the server to see latency stats and sometime it feels like you have 1k ping, this of course can be explained due to the horrible netcode in general.

Gameplay wise i guess it could be "good" if you are so invested into the trending BR genre but for me the lack of hitscan weapons option, erratic recoil, inconsistent network performance, awful hitreg, bad performance etc makes this game an unplayable mess.

For a game that sold so many copies and it's out for so long it is unacceptable to be in this state, every update makes the game worse, the devs are incompetent and they only care about selling more lootboxes and keys so don't waste your time and money.
