Bought it played it refunded it, the videos on this page look and SOUND better than the actual game. There is almost no audio for actions taken by your units, no sounds from active buildings and only a few environmental sounds. They should get a proper audio designer. Music is ok. Also the game looks washed out and very... brown.

Some much potential, the combat is so fluid and travelling and movement is fun BUT there is too few monsters to hunt and crafting/hunting is too easy, not even talking about the very VERY bad performance. This is a reaction based action game that you have to have good timing but trying that at 40-45 fps with frame dips it becomes very unpleasant. Also there is so many mechanics like day night cycles and monster schedules that aren't fully developed or feels... meh. So many of the underground levels also look very samy and the colours are very muted and drab all over.
I've been playing every game since Freedom on the PSP, I have so many hours sunk into this franchise, I feel betrayed by Capcom.

Not a bad game but until they fix the issue with South-African and Middle-Eastern players not being able to play King of the Hill mode due to the 63/64 players queue issue it's going to stay at a 'No'.

The detail, the freedom, the complexity, this game is something that will stick in your head. The pace is perfect for exploration and discovery and I can't wait for the full release!

If you love the Homeworld franchise because of the story of HW 1 + 2, do not buy this game, if you love Sci-Fi games for exploration or discovery of weird and wonderful aliens and cultures, do not buy this game.
I was so excited to play the single player, I don't know why people think all woman should be depicted as emotionally unstable or that we want more stories with boring human drama in it...
If you like great fleet battles where tech. research is just logic gates without much depth, then this is a game for you.

Mundane human adventure in segmented space!!!
It's fun enough to keep playing, for a few hours, but do not expect anything other then human drama. No real interesting alien cultures or discoveries, just boring humans. Lets hope for an interesting expansion and mods.

Endlessly sitting in a queue that does not work, ALL my play time was stuck in queue, it even says 0min left but nothing happens. Requested a refund, would recommend not buying.

Very fun as a solo game but when playing with friends the lack of a revive mechanic caused none of them to continue playing... :(

It's insane how addictive this game is, a lot of fun! :D

Little unstable but if you like FPS PvP and PvPvE and weapon progression and customisation then this game is aces.
