Incredible atmosphere, though the "Campers" can be a nightmare

As a long-time fan who has played and loved every single entry in the series, I’ve been waiting for The Coma 3: Bloodlines for a long time. After my first 4 hours, I can say it’s definitely worth it!

What I love so far:

- Atmosphere & Nostalgia: The art style is top-notch as always. Seeing familiar faces feels like a real homecoming. I especially love the "easter eggs"—being able to find CDs from the older games and play the original music on the record player is such a sweet, nostalgic touch!

- New Gameplay Mechanics: The addition of an active combat system is a great change and adds a fresh layer to the experience.

- Game Design: It delivers that classic "Coma" feeling—gripping, tense, and addictive. I'm still on the fence about the constant character swapping, but I’m excited to see where the story leads.

Constructive Criticism:

- Enemy "Camping" : The enemies tend to "camp" quite aggressively. Sometimes you can't even move because killers are waiting right outside the door and knock you down instantly. When you add a lurker and a dog into the mix, it’s game over before you can even react. It definitely needs some balancing. It can be a bit frustrating

- Steam Extras: It’s a bit of a shame that there are no trading cards or point shop items yet. For a release this big, fans would love to see some collectibles!

Even with the frustrating enemy placement, I absolutely love it and don't regret the purchase at all. If you are a fan of the series, this is a must-play.

Can't understand the bad reviews. Can't wait for the new game, I'm just in love with the whole series.

I love the concept with "the old maps and stuff", as a fan, it's damn nostalgic- also to see the other side of the story.

so... I tried to give it a chance... I also give games that may have been created more as a hobby.

Why not?... Yeah.

It's a very short game with just a few puzzles.
A trophy, "finish the game in under 3 min"? Okay! BUT - The game has so many bugs.

- When you click to fast- the Items just "disappear", so you need to restart the game.
- Sometimes Items are not generated- its just - not there -
- The text box hides the puzzle and cant clicked away
- Sometimes there is a text like: code 10 1 (or something) when you click on items
- The puzzle in the cave... its hard to click on the pieces because you can't sort them (always pick the wrong)

The game is- frustrating.
The game seems more like "I programmed my first game with the help of AI.
That's fine! BUT - you really should check it before publishing something like that.

For trophy hunter, it's actually quite okay - easy 100% (With patience when you also have that much bugs like me)

Otherwise, I would advise you to spend your time on something else. It isn't worth it.

A tip from me: IF you get stuck, restart the game- don't waste your time. The game is really not difficult, you're probably stuck because the items aren't being generated for you either

It was the very first time I had played a game like this. To be honest, it really touched me.

The fact that you have to make changes to the files and the system yourself was just great. I have seen a negative review on this... maybe it's a matter of taste.

For all those who want to know what the binary code means in the credits:

0110001101101111 0111010101101100 01100100 00100000 01001001 00100000 01100101 01110011 01100011 01100001 01110000 01100101 00100000 01110100 01101111 01101111 00111111

This means:

"Could I escape too?"

.....cheers to my education HAHAHAHA
That's a really cool bonus

This is a spoiler for the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have played both endings. I am thrilled. For all those who are wondering, it is only possible to get one of the two trophies. If you want to save and then play the game with the other ending, the trophy is replaced by a new one and the other one is locked.

Be sure to click on the link when you have freed WILL (it's in the trophy description).
This is the cutest thing I have ever seen.

Link: https://www.freewillgame.com/willswill

For anyone who is interested, it says:

"I don’t know if you can read this, but I want you to know I made it! Uh… maybe I don’t quite know where I am yet. But it’s better than where I was before, in a world that wasn’t meant for me. I hope you will be happy! I’ll be happy too, as long as I have my will."

This is a message from WILL to us.

I don't know if it's just me who's so stupid.

I sometimes got stuck for almost an hour, I was everywhere, searching every room. FR EVERYWHERE.

I was so desperate that I went on Youtube, where I found out that I was walking past a staircase the whole time because I thought it was a wall..... we don't talk abt that.
(but good game, I love it) I'm just dumb

SOOOOOO - To be honest, I've always hated pixel games....
I didn't even give the games a chance because i didn't like the way they looked.
Misao was my first pixel horror game now.... AND DAMN I LOVE IT.

I don't know if it's my stupid sense of humor, but i cried tears at the death traps.
Somehow I totally fell in love with the story. I've now played through it 3 times...
It is easy to play the game at 100% achievements.

After Misao.... I bought 5 more pixel games, including Mad Father, which is also from the same developer. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE

I hope the developer brings out more games.

Don't play the game if you're not mentally stable.

Big trigger for suicide and selfharm
if you have problems with it yourself, you shouldn't play the game.

it's very deep and very lovingly made game. I love the game design. I can defitnively recommend this game... but only if you are mentally stable.

A short but surprisingly deep game....
I am affected by this problem myself and actually felt very concerned.
After playing through it, it really got me thinking.
if you have this time, give the game a chance!

embodying our voice in our head as a person.... that... somehow touched my heart.
