Dont let the steam hours lie to you on this, I have played this game since 2020 when it originally was only on UPLAY/ Ubisoft Launcher.

This game is by far one of the best racing games ever created. This is a follow up to the many trackmania games that were released years ago. With this itteration Nadeo is focusing on a live service over the older games which were buy one and done.

Dont let the game on steam fool you, this game is technically Free-To-Play, however you are restricted heavily on what you can do. You are pretty much limited to a section of the current seasons campaign maps and around 30 training maps. If you want access to the daily tournaments, and community made maps you do have to pay a subscription fee. While in the past there have been different packages included for different price points, now it is F2P access and Club access.

Club access is available for $19.99 Anually and provides you with a bunch of features such as car cusomization, community maps, and the ability to join and play with clubs. Personally, If you loved the old trackmanias, and/or love Trackmania 2020, 20 bucks anually is a very good deal for the amount of content.

If you are wondering how Trackmania differs from other racing games, the best way i can explain it is that the car has different mechanics that you are able to learn/master. You learn how to take racing lines differently depending on the type of surface you are driving on such as ice,grass, wood, etc.

This game is a must try for everyone!

They totally ripped off dark souls with this game.

It just brings back memories, this is it. I love this game.

I bought the first episode coming into this game not knowing what to expect.
I played the first episode.
I completed the first episode.
I was left on a clifhanger.
I bought the extra 4 epsiodes.
I am now downloading.
Plz Square Enix, Stop taking my money.

*Nostalgic feel of Gmod Tower
*Gmod tower players get all money imported to game, and you get trophies saying you were an OG

Cons
*Long tower loading time <-- Ugh this is my top one becasue i hate it
*Only 4 minigames <--- They are working on plenty more!
*Some items are yet to be finished <----- Again, they are working on these items!
*No voice chat in the lobby
*BODY PILLOWS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE <---- Lmao thats a joke, You cant make them too expensive, I will still buy them
*Media players wont play Soundcloud or Youtube linkes <---- Idk if its me or just the early access, but im sure it will be fixed
*No Arcade [YET]
*No secerets hidden around the map like from OG

Final Thoughts
If you have ever played gmod tower and liked it, Than you will definitly like this game. If you havent play gmod tower or just didnt quite enjoy it, Then you need to enter this game with an open mind. You must know that its still in development and that anything can change. Overall, I think if you havent played gmod tower, You should really try this game out!

Its call of duty, What can i say, Some people hate it and some people like it.
Me personally, I love it, I play it all the time, BUT ITS NOT CALL OF DUTY GHOSTS 10/10
