You're playing this game and thinking, "wow, I like the the art style, I like the movement, seems pretty smooth and reminds me of the N64". Then you get to the first boss and think "what the ♥♥♥♥ just happened?".

Fine, write it off as just me sucking. Maybe I do. But the boss is the first enemy that attacks you in the game. His jump attack can reach you even after a dodge, touching him hurts you, he can attack through pillars, and he has no health bar. Maybe I was one hit away from beating him, I'll never know, because after 4 deaths to the first enemy of the game, I wanted to chuck my controller through my own skull.

Yes, I know you can heal yourself after striking the boss enough times. Maybe it's just me, but I wish the game had started with a simple enemy and then worked up to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who swings a sword through brick pillars.

Fun game, well worth the price. Like Vampire Survivors with one less degree of movement. Good sense of progression, made me want to collect the achievements. Starts becoming pretty easy, but now I'm playing on hard mode and I haven't won yet. I definitely recommend; it's worth more than the $3 their currently asking for it. Kind of wish it had Steam cards, and I think a multiplayer mode with multiple trains of different builds would be cool.

Edit: I've played more now; the upgrades make hard mode pretty easy after a while. That's not a complaint, I still love this game and look forward to future updates.

Great game. Use your spider-mech to climb a wall and find areas to harvest resources. Occasionally return to spider-mech to defend against enemies. Get killed, but use resources to make the next game easier. Very similar to Dome Keeper, but I found it less frustrating.

Great game. Easy to get into, but still enough depth to keep you playing. Good game to play when you know you have limited time, easy to bust out a round in just 30 minutes.

Finally, a Spider-Man game that beats Spider-Man 2 for the Playstation 2. Swinging on webs feels good, you can see where your webs are attaching, and the combat is done pretty well. Lots of combos mixing punches, kicks, webs, and dodges. The game is also very well polished and looks good graphically. Runs well on my older video card. I recommend it, even at full price.

Early Access Review
Wonderful game if you like Factorio or Satisfactory. Dyson Sphere Program is almost a hybrid of the two; it's 3D like Satisfactory, but third-person like Factorio. The defining element is that you play the game on multiple, spherical planets. Unlike Factorio and Satisfactory, there are no enemies (at least none that I've encountered yet). That isn't to say this game is casual; there's always some task to accomplish, but it's nice to do it at one's own pace (much like Factorio in "peaceful" mode).

Traveling to new planets, and learning how to harvest and distribute necessary elements from them is a gratifying experience. I haven't even left my starting solar system yet, but I'm looking forward to that. I traveled to a planet that had no atmosphere and discovered that my wind-powered generators wouldn't spin. I ended up building solar panels on that planet instead. Watching the sun appear over the horizon to power my new factory was another wonderful experience.

This game runs well, even on my nearly-obsolete PC. I think the opening tutorials could be better, but I managed to pick up the basics relatively quickly. I experienced one glitch, where my character was partially under the terrain, but it fixed itself within a minute or so of walking around. I have never needed to reload a save because of a bug or glitch.

If you have put any decent amount of hours into Factorio or Satisfactory, buy this game. Don't wait for a sale, don't worry if the price rises to $60, you will get your money's worth from Dyson Sphere Program.

Wonderful game. I like to play on peaceful-mode so I can just focus on my factory and not worry about enemies.

Great game, and I was never into the old farming games, like Harvest Moon.

If you enjoyed the first game, you'll enjoy this one. Every aspect from the original has been improved upon in this game.
Controls are tight, and the platforming is fun; my only complaint is that the game isn't longer.
