For reference, I came in expecting a slow paced game; I wasn't deluded into thinking this was an action game like the positive reviews here assume of anyone who dislikes this game. What I was deluded into thinking coming in was that this was a good game.

I am by all means, a somewhat casual gamer. I expect the games I play to be fun. And this isn't.

I'm mostly posting this for proof that I'm in the 100 hour club, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if this doesn't feel great. This is still before multiplayer is fixed, so my experience is in the shooting range.

Nitpicks: The revolver takes two headshots to kill a dummy at point blank range. I'm getting Titanfall 2 Wingman flashbacks.

The grenade launcher can only shoot one out of ten or so grenade types. Even if you couldn't lob a bundle of arrows that summon Xerxes' archers upon your enemies (that's an actual grenade!) farther than you can throw a stone, I wish you could at least load the flashbang and smoke grenade.

All in all, play this. Play this now.

If you don't have the proper graphics card, certain textures will be missing. Mostly minor things, like guns, characters, et cetera. Interestingly, the original Metro: LL didn't have this issue, aside from a graphical glitch that was easily fixed by rummaging through the files. I can only assume the redux deceided that rather than having porcupine men, it would have none at all.

If you have (I guess Nvidia? That's their advertised card) the proper graphics card, go on ahead and get this.
