I'm editing this to give a positive review in light of discussions I had with people that liked the game, I have to recognize, it is really good and does not deserve a negative review, it's just not a game for me.






Here's the old review, mostly explaining why I don't like the game.
So, I saw reviews mentioning the game has a slow start, I had the feeling it was quite a nice start but after the first chapter, you arrive at an open world region which is just boring. I tried for a few hours but there is really nothing interesting to do, yes the story is great but oh my god is it slow. I can't figure out how to get some action without instantly dying.
Maybe this is a great game but never have I been this bored by a game this well written and this immersive.
Basically it's a "Boring life in the far west" simulator, at least in the first 6hrs.
I just finished playing The Witcher 3 and was looking for another great game, but to be honest, this is just better graphics, with 10 times less pace, and worst combat.
