This game should be best for people like me who played the original on PS1 in 1998. It's just fun to pay attention to the details that have either been changed or retained compared to the original. Among the things that have been retained, I immediately noticed the brown motorcycle jacket in an office, which was already hanging there in the 1998 version. : D

It was very well managed to develop a new game with new rooms, new puzzles and a new story background and at the same time give the players the nostalgic Playstation 1 feeling. This is how remakes have to be.

It's fun, looks great, has a great atmosphere and is more brutal than I expected. And I don't find the zombies quite as tough as in the demo. Thank God.

As for me, this game managed to get me back into the Resident Evil universe. Let's forget the disastrous sixth part. Part 7 was great and so is the remake of Part 2.
