This game is an absolute gem amongst a rubble of garbage these days when it comes to gaming, a game that pushes community to work together to take down threats such as terminators, horrible bugs, Sony and more nasties to come in the future.

If you want a game that makes you feel a part of something grand as you liberate the galaxy together, this is the one.

Probably one of my all time favourite RTS games out.

I picked up this game very recently on a whim, as of late minus the titan that is Planet Coaster, many tycoon games of new seems to be very lackluster or generally have a playtime of around 3 hours before you've done it all. Megaquarium however is a fun little game with a good amount of depth to my surprise. The ability to customize your aquarium (tanks an all) is pretty good, the management side of the game is fairly well developed, with staff doing their jobs without requiring you to make them feed tanks manually or fix filters ect, abilities to have staff focus on certain tasks, make staff go to certain areas they even have a little skill system the staff gain over time to really get good at their jobs. what really surprised me however is the amount of depth applied to each fish species and how you must cater towards them, food, personality, water tempurature, water quality and its biome (tank).

Theres still much I have yet to unlock in this game as I've only just reached the 4th level however I'm having so much fun, the game doesn't feel like a chore to play.

A few problems however arise, as many have noted the UI for this game while it looks slick, it tends to get in the way a bunch, windows constantly popping up and taking up large portions of your screen, with some windows forcing others to close. Sometimes during the time you play, there can be so much UI on the screen in both windows and icons, the game itself may start to take its toll on lesser systems, slowing down performance.

In all though, big fan of the game and good purchase for anyone who is into their fish tanks and like themselves a tycoon game.
