Played the intro & got to the first "bonfire". Game definitely feels like a throwback to the original God of War series with the quality of life/graphical nature of Ragnarok. All in all I have experienced just the intro portion but already enjoy what I've seen and played. There seems to be an extensive skill tree and decent combat/combo potential.

I really wanted to enjoy this game - but near the middle found myself wishing every battle/scene had a skip button. The entire premise of this game is incredible but unfortunately has extremely flawed execution and leaves a lot more questions than answers by the end. I like how they wrapped up a central character's story...but not entirely sure I'd recommend this fully

It's a shame the incredible artwork and angle the story could have taken never paid off.

Was really excited for this game, thought it would have a bit more lasting power than 20 minutes. Read a review stating they beat it in 20m and thought - no way, there has to be more/secrets/unlockables etc...but there isn't. Games a solid demo at this point and for $3 certainly not worth a refund but I do hope the dev releases more modes/unlocks. I have an achievement for killing all monsters and I ran through the game with my starter smg. Kind of lackluster and I hope this pulls a Vampire Survivor and improves.

I only recommend it if you're okay with throwing $3 for less than 30 minutes of true content.

I don't review many games, but this is a fantastic little platformer! It doesn't overstay its welcome and is short enough to beat in a day, but well worth it!

To sum up what everyone else has stated and more, Siralim is a game made with simplistic yet careful design, crafted on a battle system that has been around since the early ages of gaming, and yet still has enough charm and identity to stand tall in a crowd of Steam RPGs and turn based games. Siralim not only won me over with the constant content updates and responses from the developer, but won me over by its community.

While the game itself isn't multiplayer in any way, the community behind Siralim is more than happy to help new users with their builds, team compositions, and other tips. The reason such a community presence is important is due to the fact that Siralim boasts almost unlimited combinations when it comes to artifact creation (items used to buff party members), Nether Eggs (special monsters that have above average stats), and roguelike randomized dungeons with randomized quests.

With only about 6 hours in the game I have barely scratched the surface, but if you're on the fence at all when it comes to purchasing I have no doubt in my mind that if you enjoy games like Dragon Quest Monster and Final Fantasy styled battles you will enjoy everything Siralim has to offer.

EDIT: In my prior review I stated the game was a mobile port. In actuality the game was created on PC first and then ported to Android/Apple devices! Honestly, I would highly recommend purchasing the game for both platforms to support such a dev team.

Incredibly gorgeous and haunting all at the same time.

Every RPG fan needs this in their library.
