One of those gems you never hear about. Love this game.

Cossacks was one of my favorite third party RTS games growing up. I loved that it was historical and the art style. Cossacks 3 brings back all that nostalgia but doesn't fix any of the issues it had in the past. It was fun to relive some of my childhood but this isn't a good game. I definitely got my $10 worth though. There are better RTS to play out there if you're looking for something modern but if you want to relive the past. This might be worth it for you.

I never played a game that made me so hungry for uncooked meat.

Critical Annihilation is really fun and challenging. It reminded me of Smash TV for NES but with aliens. It's definitely worth checking out.

The controls for this game are difficult and not very intuitive. It's hard to learn them as a new player. The prompts are small and not exagerated enough. This game could be a lot better.

I never knew the troubles and tribulations of running an item shop until playing this game. It's quite fun but can get repetative once you figure out the formula of customer taxation. I do love the little side stories and quests.

I like the concept of Super Game Jam and how these were real in the sense of visual documenting. However, only the first and third episodes were interesting the watch. I hope they do more of these but where you can purchase per episode vs the whole thing.

I love to build things, explore and almost anything that's set in space. Starbound combines those three loves in a 2d platformer experience. I found myself lost for hours (60+) exploring new worlds by myself or with friends. Since the game is still under development it does get a bit repetative at times but it's constantly being updated. So you can easily pick it up again.

You should check it out if you like Terraria or Minecraft.

I really enjoyed Banished. I thought it was really smart to let players build anything they want as long as you have the materials. This less guided approach made the game more difficult but enjoyable. It makes you have to think about your resources and people more. It fun to learn a little bit more about this time period and the hardships people faced.

This is the first time I've played a romantic type sim. The synopsis reminded me of a friend and it was a $1 so I thought “why not give it a try”. The game itself was really simple, not a ton of depth. The thing that I did like was how positive it was. After my 1st play through I wanted to get my life together (been on vacation) read a book and go to the gym. ha

Even with that positive experience, it's not that fun of a game. For me it was nostalgia. I really think you can find better games in this genre.
