We are Space Budgie. An independent game developer based in Dundee, Scotland.

Having all studied at the University of Abertay, and all having taken part in the Dare to be Digital 2012 competition, we banded together to a common goal of starting our own game studio. We started working together in February 2013, working on a few ideas that we could take forward. At this point we had no intention of releasing any of our university projects, it was only in June that we decided that we could release 9.03m as a debut project. Whilst continuing work on 9.03m and working on our second project Glitchspace, we scraped our way through to empty wallets, but a released project. We are now working on Glitchspace and the post-release work on 9.03m.

There are 5 of us in total, (and a 6th, who we hope will return to the nest one day).

Our dedication is to create games that give the player something to take away after playing.
