This game runs unacceptably poorly for a $100 game. Despite the game defaulting to high settings for my PC, The only way I was able to maintain 60fps while just standing still looking at a wall without framegen or upscaling was by going to the lowest preset and lowering my resolution. Performance did get noticeably better from the beta, but no where near enough to play the game at a decent frame rate without the game also looking distractingly bad.

Ignoring the performance issues, even when I was on high settings and forcing native resolution the game just doesn't look very good. Far away everything looks murky and close up it looks grainy. It honestly feels like many textures were made to be hyper realistic with no consideration for how they'd actually look in a video game at 1080p. The individual textures look amazing at ultra settings, but they're so finely detailed that lowering your settings or even just moving the camera past them turns them into a blurry mess of anti aliasing.

11/10 would brutally cut off some heads again.

In reality it's just some janky fun that was worth the on sale price ($4.20)
